Here’s what we learned

Kids develop
motor skills
cognitive abilities

So we designed our program to work WITH those stages for the most powerful, beneficial, and fun experience possible.

Programs Customized For Your Child

Based on the latest understandings in child psychology and development, our programs aren’t just martial arts… they’re child development programs!

Program Benefits

Our programs are age-specific and teach more than just kicking and punching

Holistic Approach

The programs are designed to develop the student as a whole

The focus is for students to train to become a better version of themselves

A Wise Choice

This sets us apart from any other sport or activity available for children today

Will martial arts teach my child to be hostile and aggressive?

Absolutely not. Children learn a lot about what it means to be respectful and polite here. As a result, kids who weren't violent in the first place become even more respectful and kind. Kids with behavior problems often become very respectful and calm.

Does my child face a risk for injury with martial arts?

Our program is extremely safe. We have measures upon measures in place to insure that your child will stay safe, and have a great time. From stretching to warmups to very close supervision - we've got your child covered. Injuries do happen sometimes - but they're quite rare.

Can my child still participate in martial arts if he/she is not athletic?

Yes! In fact, martial arts is kind of a beacon of light for kids who just don't fit into team sports. Kids who never could throw a ball well or run fast find that martial arts is accessible to them. It's something they excel at, and as a result, their confidence soars.

Do kids enjoy martial arts? Do they stick with it for a while?

Kids have a blast here. There's smiling and laughter throughout every class. We have our moments of intense concentration and focus... but we always balance things out with fun and games to keep everything alive and light.

Does a child’s confidence & self-esteem grow with martial arts?

Absolutely. Kids with low self-esteem often come out of their shells. As their skill level increases, they feel more and more confident. Other kids look up to them, just as they look up to other kids who are ahead of them. It builds a sense of confidence, pride, and teamwork.

What ages are the other kids in the martial arts class?

We have classes for kids as young as 3, and as old as teenagers. Martial arts is the kind of thing that grows with you. So as kids get older, they learn new techniques, perfect old ones, and advance. When they're younger, it's more about fun and games, with learning thrown in too.
